I Want a Tsootsoo Train

Ghana has a railway. In Accra, a railway line runs between Letap Jewelery and Graphic Communications, and today, for the first time, I saw the train(maybe) that uses that line. I am sorry but I couldn't help but laugh. Laugh, that the train, that all cars on the road had to stop for, did not have coaches. It looked more like the front end of a train minus the coaches. It felt like a heavy duty truck on wheels running on tracks.

Ghana Railway Company Limited, I am not asking for a 'moon' train(though that will be nice), I would really like a 'tsoo tsoo' train please, pretty please? One that arouses joy and admiration from me instead of mirth.

I want a TSOO TSOO TRAIN.

*Tsoo tsoo:- the sound/hoot of the steam train

And one you will get in time. Maybe 20 years, lol. Past governments (and the present) have spent good voice mileage talking about introducing commuting by train in the capital, at least.

I want one too!
Run it Mamprugu - Keta straight!
Ok, one quick stop @ Kintampo.
This way, market traffic will converge to Keta & Kintampo. Accra roads will be less congested for commuters.

@Nana Yaw: 20 years! oh my goodness! The train that never comes.

@Mike: Yes, what we need to de-congest the roads in Accra is an alternative to road transport. I am not sold onto the bus lanes that is being spoken about. My thought is as long as drivers show a blatant disregard for road traffic regulations, no matter what we do to the road, the heavy traffic build-up will never be done with in the long term.
Let's have a tsoo-tsoo train everywhere in Ghana.

I want that train!
