We haven't seen each other in a long while;
Keep making excuses as to when we should meet.
It all sounds so rehearsed.
So let's book a date
Since we are both too busy going our separate ways
To bother with each other.
If that date does come on,
It may be our last one as a couple.
Cos clearly this is not working out.
